Sick Leave
Situations may arise where an employee needs to take time off to address medical or other health concerns. The company requests that employees provide notification to their Leader as soon as possible when taking time off. Sick days are granted on a paid basis to regular (full time) employees; in order to do so, employees must present a medical excuse or send it by email to request@talosdigital.com one day after any medical leave, otherwise those days will not be paid. If the leave is for three or more days, the employee should send a copy of the medical case history (epicrisis)
